Romeo And Juliet Needy Home Initiative is an institution (organization) that is open and Global and not for Nigerians only. If you consider the caption without bias, but the organization is situated in Umuriam Nawfia in Njikoka Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria, West Africa. This venture requires that everyone capable should show interest in any form remembering that this is an injunction of the Lord who gave it as a command that we should remember the poor and Needy in our midst (Deut. 15:11). For the poor will never cease in the land; therefore I command you, saying, “you should open your hand wide to your brother, to your poor and your needy, in your land’.

The institution is duly registered according to the Nigerian law. You will be interested to know that the founder of this institution is a Federal Government trained social worker who knows what to do and how to manage the affairs of the institution. The trustees are duly registered and the certificate for the institution to operate has since been issued by the Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC).

The institution is non definitional. All human creatures are involved and welcomes. The Home is prater oriented, relief oriented, Development oriented, caring and problem solving oriented, Rehabilitation Oriented, Receiving and sharing Oriented etc.



VISION
To be recognized by and working in harmony with community, local, state, federal Government and other NGOs and to put certain ideals for self realization of youth, women and children, enlightenment of the ignorant and empowerment of the hungry for knowledge. Recognized by and working in harmony with community, local, state, and federal government, other NGOs.

MISSION STATEMENT
Provider of Spiritual and physical Support for empowering the needy and the helpless, especially, the less privileged, to free themselves of the shackles of all health, poverty ignorance and Supposition, and through charity, demonstrate to them the love essence.

NATURE
The promoted health and Spiritual well being of the less privilege in particular and humanity in general to Glory of God.

Categories of Workers 

There are various workers who must satisfy the needs of the ‘Home’

Thus:
1. The educated and non educated
2. The skilled and non skilled
3. The technicians
4. The professional in various fields of work especially medical personnel’s (Doctors, nurses, Lab-scientists etc), educationists, technicians are highly needed because of the expected and proposed standard of the Home.

Note!!!

Employees are paid monthly salaries because it is a full-time employment and services, but not with gratuity and pension, whereas members are treated according to the aims and objectives of the organization, especially where it comes to poverty, needs and destitution.
